Elevate Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING AREA

Elevate currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days from the date of order processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the order. Expedited shipping rates vary and will be displayed during checkout.

 

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

 

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We may issue a refund or replacement at our sole discretion.

  • Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, you may be required to provide supporting evidence (e.g., security footage, a police report). Elevate reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements for repeated stolen package claims. Suspected fraudulent claims may be investigated.

 

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence and will determine the appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 

7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Elevate due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees. If a refund is requested, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

8. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, modifications (such as address changes) must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
