Elevate Return Policy

1. RETURN WINDOW

Customers may request a return within 30 days of purchase. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

 

2. ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN

The following items qualify for a return or refund:

  • Unopened supplements (seal intact).

  • Unopened hygiene products (packaging must remain sealed).

  • Unused fitness equipment (must be in original condition and packaging).

 

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items do not qualify for a return or refund:

  • Opened supplements (seal broken).

  • Opened hygiene products (such as creams, oral care items, etc.).

  • Fitness equipment showing visible signs of damage or heavy use.

 

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team via chat or email. If a return is approved:

  • A return shipping label will be provided.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

 

5. REFUND OPTIONS

Approved refunds will be issued as:

  • Store credit (available immediately after processing).

  • Product replacement (subject to availability).

  • Refund to the original payment method (processed within 10 business days).

 

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a defective or incorrect product is received:

  • Customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photo or video evidence may be required for verification.

  • Depending on the case, Elevate may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit.

  • In some cases, customers may be allowed to keep or dispose of the defective/incorrect product.

 

7. CHARGEBACK FRAUD POLICY

  • If a chargeback is filed before the product is returned, Elevate reserves the right to deny a refund.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

    • Permanent ban from future purchases.

    • Legal action for damages, including lost profits and legal fees.

    • Reporting to payment processors, which may lead to account suspension.

 

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

Elevate reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued purchases will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
